Nugeta began to be produced in the beginning of 1972 in the Soja Kolín factory under the supervision of Čokoládovny Praha. Soja Kolín is now called CHOCOLAND a. s., but it continues to produce Nugeta.
Initially, Nugeta was produced in small cups. But when a tub machine was acquired, the iconic packaging was created, which has actually lasted to this day.
The cups eventually made a comeback and for some time Nugeta was also available in tube form.
Originally, Nugeta was produced in two flavours - peanut and hazelnut. Hazelnut was then discontinued, but we are planning its return, as well as the formerly very popular tube packaging.
