Filling creams have long since ceased to be the preserve of cakes and pastries and have become an integral part of bakery products, wafers, tubes and even cereal products. Good filling creams produced by CHOCOLAND a.s. are characterized by their delicious taste and aroma, smoothness and perfect spreadability.
You can choose from a wide range of quality filling creams with different core contents, different flavours and other properties (spreadability, etc.). Special thermostable fillings, which do not leak out of the body during baking, are available for producers of popular fine pastries such as croissants. Modern nutritional trends are matched by filling creams in the dia variant, i.e. using sweeteners suitable for diabetics.
The specific recipe can be adapted to the specifics of the product and the technology (flavour, composition, viscosity, thermostability, etc.).
The filling creams are supplied in plastic buckets of 3 and 12 kg. We are now also able to supply in 1 kg packs.
